Yes. as long as its returned in an unused and and new condition with all tags and original packaging and according to the 14 days notice period. Certain products such as printed garments are excluded.

To return with either Royal mail or a courier, please ensure the return is sent via a ‘signed for’ service. ie requires a signature for delivery.

Please make sure your item:

• is returned in unusded/new condition with all tags and original packaging. The packaging is considered part of the complete product and must be intact and unopened.
• Was purchased on www.hasna.gifts
• include in the return package youe Name, Address, Order Number, and reason for return if possible.

Personalised or used/worn items cannot be returned. Personalised items include all garments as these are to order. We press garments with chosen designs, hence these are considered to be ‘made to order’.
